Learning objectives
The laboratory aims to provide knowledge relating to information, communication and online promotion of businesses, institutions and even individuals (personal branding).
Expected learning outcomes
To become familiar with the concept of professional writing applied to the web; to design textual content functional to the communication needs identified each time with reference to format, target, clients, platforms and devices.

Course syllabus
During the laboratory, students will analyze and test the most suitable writing techniques for the various channels, included those for corporate narration, and for strategic communication plan. Graphic, audio and video features, titles, captions, storyboards will be illustrated.

· The Web evolution and its contents: from the first web sites to the metaverse
· Writing texts that will be effective
· Storytelling writing
· Social media

The laboratory aims to provide knowledge in writing of posts, articles, press releases, e-mails, both in textual and paratextual aspects.

Mode of work: frontal lessons in the classroom

Assessment methods and Criteria
The exercises will be the evaluation tool of the acquisition of knowledge
