Learning objectives
The aim of the course is to provide the full description of the scope and organization of exercise activity preventive to the maintenance of the wellness state in young and adult people. Provide the basic steps in the functional and morphological changes that characterize the body growth and the method used for the diagnosis of postural alterations.
The course aims to fully illustrate to the student the scope and organization of preventive or curative exercise activity for the maintenance or recovery of the state of well-being in young and adult people. The course also aims to give students knowledge about pathophysiological situations, comparing the occurrence of pathological events at different ages and correlating the use of adequate physical activity.

Expected learning outcomes
Knowledge of methods of physical activity to prevent the onset of the main diseases of the musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal and immune system by delaying its evolution. Acquire the necessary knowledge to guide patients suffering from acute or chronic episodes for their return to physical activity, consistent with their functional status and their motor skills.
