Learning objectives
Il corso intende fornire una conoscenza teorico-pratica sulla zootecnia biologica. Verranno fornite nozioni di base sullo sviluppo del movimento biologico a livello europeo ed italiano. Lo studente apprenderà quindi le principali caratteristiche che contraddistinguono questo metodo di allevamento sia dal punto di vista gestionale che dal punto di vista della salute e del benessere animale L'apprendimento verrà supportato da lezioni e visite in allevamento.
