Fornire allo studente una preparazione tecnico-scientifica per affrontare alcune situazioni che legano il benessere animale all'alimentazione e alla conduzione dell'allevamento suino. Sarà rivolta particolare attenzione alla valutazione del benessere secondo il protocollo "Welfare Quality" e allo studio e alla determinazione di alcuni indicatori biologici di stress.
