Learning objectives
The purpose of this course is to enable students to acquire: knowledge of the fundamental institutions and general principles of Private Law of Art; the ability to re-elaborate the principles and rules being studied and to apply this knowledge to concrete cases; the ability to interpret and systematically read the legal rules; the autonomous ability to identify the ratio underlying each rule; the use of appropriate legal language; a level of learning ability suitable to continue studies with a high degree of autonomy.
Expected learning outcomes
Knowledge and understanding: at the end of the course student will be able to know the fundamental concepts and institutions of private law of art.
Applying knowledge and understanding: at the end of the course student will be able to rework the principles and rules being object of study and to apply such knowledge to concrete cases and case-law.
Making judgements: at the end of the course the student will have the ability to take a reasoned and legally sustainable position with reference to the topics covered by the course.
Communication skills: at the end of the course the student will have the ability to express the acquired notions with argumentative consistency and systematic rigor.
Learning skills: at the end of the course the student will have the ability to orient himself among the normative sources in the identification of the institutions and principles of private law of art applicable to concrete cases.
