EDUCATIONAL GOALS:
To give to students the tools for design and evaluate initiatives (new o regarding existing farms) related to plants and structures ables to support in an environmental sustainable way the production of high quality food and agri-tourism activities. During the programmed technical tours and workshops the students will meet entrepreneurs operating in the short chain food production and agro-tourism sectors

Food and tourism consumption between local and global
Historical evolution of landscape architecture, rural houses and agro-zootechnical structures
Agro-zootechnical plants and structures concept design in the sustainable rural tourism context
Short chain food plants concept design.
Landscape conservation and landscape mitigation concept design

Technical tours and workshops will be organized to visit agro-tourism plants and structures and meet entrepreneurs
